Party A contacts us with his/her personal information and the details of the dispute with the other party. We contact Party B suggesting mediation on the net. There is a basic fee for this service whether or not Party B agrees.

Once party B agrees to the mediation both parties will receive an Agreement to Mediate which should be signed and faxed or emailed back to us. At this point payment is made by both parties. The Mediation will start as soon as payment is made.

Both parties will have to commit to checking emails regularly during this period to facilitate the mediation process. Time differences need to be taken into account.

Remember that mediation is only successful to the extent
to which all parties are willing to co-operate!

HOW IT WORKS - 6 easy steps!

Step 1 : You are Party A. You complete the form with your own details, the details of the other party and the dispute details. Then you submit the form to us.

Step 2: We contact the other party or parties and inform you of the outcome. You pay the contact fee (whether the other party agrees or not).

Step 3: If the other party is agreeable, we send you each an Agreement to Mediate which you sign and email or fax back to us.

Step 4 : Both parties pay their mediation fees either by credit card or bank deposit. (Please fax deposit slip)

Step 5: The mediation begins! You receive email instructions from us. We assign you a dispute reference number that you quote each time you email us. Your Mediator will conduct all interactions with you and the other party via email.

Step 6: Once there is concensus between the parties, the Mediator will draw up an Agreement. You are now free to take This to your respective attorneys for Advice before signing if you wish. The Signed agreement will then be emailed to all parties concerned.
