Virtually any dispute can be mediated online - some of the most common include
divorce settlements, maintenance issues or even workplace conflict.
DOES IT ALWAYS WORK?
The successful outcome of mediation is dependent on the parties' flexibility
and desire to settle. As mediators, we will do our best to affect a settlement
or outcome that is satisfactory to all parties. Unfortunately, we cannot
guarantee a settlement every time.
IS IT CONFIDENTIAL?
At Virtual Peace, we realise the importance of confidentiality and care
is taken to ensure that each case is treated with the highest regard for
security. All information transmitted is intended only for the person or
entity to which it is addressed and may contain confidential and/or privileged
material. Any review, retransmission, dissemination or other use of, or taking
of any action in reliance upon this information by persons or entities other
than the intended recipient is prohibited.
