Each party is responsible for his/her own costs.
Parties can decide in what proportion they would like to pay for the mediation. All fees are payable in advance. Initially mediation works as a 3 hour package, which includes the time the Mediator spends on the mediation itself online or by email, reading through documentation, administrative tasks as well as drawing up agreements.
