LET'S MEDIATE
This Agreement to Mediate is between all parties
in the mediation and Virtual Peace Online Mediation Services.
I/we agree to be reasonable, honest with
the facts and co-operative throughout the mediation process.
I / We agree to adhere to the timetable agreed
to between the parties for checking emails and delivering
replies.
I / We agree and understand that:
If one of the parties decide to terminate
the mediation before agreement is reached that this will
be discussed in mediation and any unused fees will be refunded
by the Mediator.
I / We agree to pay the mediation fees according
to the terms stipulated on the website or terms agreed upon
by all parties prior to the mediation.
I / We agree that any staff members of Virtual
Peace Online Mediation Services will not be called upon to
testify in a court of law regarding any aspect associated
with the mediation process or that any mediators from Virtual
Peace Online Mediation Services will be called upon to produce
any form of evidence in court,
I / We understand that the mediation information
is confidential and that it is not binding to the participants
and that the Mediator is not a legal representative and will
not give legal advice. I/We agree to seek our own legal counsel
if we need legal advice on any area of the mediation process.
I / We understand that sometimes the mediation
is not successful.
I / We agree to not hold the mediator responsible
for an unsuccessful outcome and will not expect a refund
of my / our fees.
